RSD Spotlight of Success

Thank you for taking the time to recognize an outstanding RSD student or staff member for the RSD Student & Staff Spotlight! Each month, we will highlight an individual from every RSD school or building, alternating between student and staff spotlights.

Your nomination will be reviewed by our selection committee.

If your nominee is not selected for the current spotlight, their nomination will roll over to the following opportunity and continue to be considered. You do not need to submit the same individual more than once during the school year.

RSD Spotlight Nomination Form

  • RSD Spotlight is a way to recognize and celebrate the achievements, dedication and contributions of Redmond School District students and staff. Each month, individuals from across the district may be selected from nominations submitted by students, parents, guardians, staff and community members.

  • Staff: Any Redmond School District employee can be nominated, including teachers, bus drivers, nutrition staff, custodians, office assistants, counselors, nurses and administrators. Staff members are eligible for recognition once every two years.

    Students: Any Redmond School District student can be nominated. Students are eligible for recognition once every two years.

  • To nominate a deserving RSD student or staff member for the RSD Spotlight, simply fill out the form above. You’ll be asked to provide the nominee’s name and school or work location, along with a few details about why you believe they deserve recognition.

    Did a student make a positive impact in their school community? Has a staff member made a meaningful difference for a student or consistently gone above and beyond? Here’s your chance to help them shine!

    If your nominee isn’t selected for a given month, no problem. Their nomination will automatically roll over for future consideration.

  • When an RSD Spotlight honoree is chosen, their recognition will be shared across the district newsletter, website, and social media platforms to celebrate their outstanding contributions.
