The Fiscal Services team is responsible for the following: Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Grant Accounting, Purchasing Compliance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll Processing.

NOTICE – APRIL 29, 2026 BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of Redmond School District No. 2J, Deschutes County, State of Oregon,
to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, will be held on the 29th day of April,
2026, at 5:30 pm in the Board Room at the School District Administration Office at 145 SE Salmon Drive, Redmond,
Oregon. The meeting will also be available virtually via Zoom. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget
message.
The budget document, as well as a clickable link to join the Budget Committee meetings
virtually, will be available online as of April 29, 2026 on the fiscal page of the Redmond School District website.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. An additional Budget
Committee meeting will be held at 5:30 pm on May 13, 2026 to take public comment. This meeting will be held at
the District Office as well as available virtually via Zoom. Please sign up to make a public comment by providing
your full name and general topic of comment by May 13 th at 1:30 pm. You will have 3 minutes to present your
comments.You may sign up for public comments using one of the following methods:

The Fiscal Services Department prepares monthly financial reports that are presented to the Board of Directors in the consent agenda during monthly Board meetings. The reports are reviewed in detail by the Finance Committee during the Committee’s monthly meeting. The committee is an advisory committee assembled by the Superintendent and the Director of Fiscal Services, made up of District staff as well as Board and Community members.
