Transportation Services
Forms & Resources
See helpful information below regarding Redmond School District’s (RSD) Transportation Services.
Please take a moment to review our Parent & Student Transportation Handbook. The handbook intends to provide parents with information and policy as it relates to their child getting to and from school.
Forms
Bus Stop Request Form (for parents)
For a new stop to be considered for the new school year requests must be reviewed by June 1. Any request after June 1 will be reviewed and considered at a later date.
At the beginning of the school year, the Transportation Department begins processing Temporary Rider Permit requests on October 1 in the order the forms are received. This will allow all routes to stabilize for a better count of available seats for students requesting temporary riding privileges.
Thank you for your patience as the department works through this process in order to best serve our students.

StopFinder
Beginning in the 2021-22 school year, RSD will use a new parent app, Stopfinder. The all-in-one app allows parents and guardians to have the most accurate information about their students’ bus schedules at any time, from anywhere. To learn more about Stopfinder, go to https://stopfinder.com/parents/ or watch this video: https://mytransfinder.com//mytf/videos/Stopfinderapp.mp4.
You can also create GeoAlerts for your student, which will notify you when the bus has arrived or departed from any location on your student’s route.
The parent/guardian email addresses currently on file with the district will be used for Stopfinder setup. Please make sure your email address is updated in ParentVUE.
Stopfinder can be downloaded for free from the Apple App store or Google Play. Stopfinder will require an invite and registration through the district prior to accessing your student’s transportation schedule. You should have received a Stopfinder invitation at the start of the school year.
If you have issues with the app, please contact customer service at support@transfinder.com or by calling 888-427-2403.
